Privacy Notice

BRZFIX provides computer and laptop maintenance services, with collection and delivery across Dublin, Ireland. You can contact us about privacy matters at josermvitorino@icloud.com.

Information you choose to share

If you send an enquiry using WhatsApp or email, you may provide your name, contact information, location in Dublin and information about your device. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and arrange or provide the service you request.

How the WhatsApp contact form works

The short contact form on this website prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp. It does not send your form details to a BRZFIX website database. Your information is transferred only if you choose to send the message using WhatsApp. WhatsApp/Meta processes messages under its own applicable privacy policies.

Website analytics and cookies

At launch this website does not install Google Analytics, Google Ads tags or other optional marketing trackers. Hosting providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver and secure the website. If advertising measurement or optional analytics tools are added later, this notice and the site's consent controls must be updated before those tools are enabled.

Sharing and data protection

We use contact information to communicate with you and arrange services. Communication providers (such as WhatsApp and email services) may process information to deliver your messages. We do not publish customer enquiries on the website. We take reasonable steps to keep service-related information secure.

Your choices

To ask about the information you have shared, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, email josermvitorino@icloud.com. Privacy requests are handled in line with applicable law.

Changes

This notice may be updated if the website or its services change. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
